Loving an addict is one of the most challenging, confusing, and heart-wrenching experiences. I know because I lived it, breathed it and am in it for life. When addiction arrives it can feel like your world is spinning out of control and the impulse is to fix, save, control. Quickly we learn we cannot. That can leave us feeling hopeless and helpless. But something sacred begins there. I have navigated the landscape using spiritual and recovery tools that supported me to be able to protect my own peace when the world came crashing down. None of us can do this alone, but all of us can do this. For anyone that is looking for support in navigating the landscape of loving someone struggling with addiction. Together we will explore the spiritual and emotional tools that can support a pathway of resilience and hope during darkest times. As a spiritual guide and recovery coach, walking the path of recovery alongside her own son, Elana supports individuals to connect with their own inner strength, faith and purpose. Guided by her experience and belief in the transformation that can arrive during the darkest times, you will be supported to discover your own ability to move from pain to purpose, and fear to faith. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for growth and discovery. It would be an honor to support you to find your way through the darkness towards the light.
